1. Use of the Service & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service and place orders.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., for fraud suspicion or violation of these Terms).

2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We are not liable for inaccuracies, and we may correct them or cancel orders affected by errors.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only upon confirmation (e.g., order confirmation email) and dispatch.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping, handling, and any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • We do not guarantee that products will suit your skin type or meet specific expectations — always perform a patch test and consult a dermatologist if needed. Products are cosmetic/personal care items and not medicines; no therapeutic claims are made.

3. Payment

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • You are responsible for all charges, including any bank fees or currency conversion costs.
  • In case of failed transactions, contact your bank or our support.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery).
  • Title to products passes upon full payment and delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Our Returns and Refunds Policy (available separately on the website) forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 regarding fair return/refund practices.
  • No cancellation charges will be imposed on you unless we also bear equivalent charges for our cancellations.
